DescriptionThis isn't a role for someone who punches a clock and waits to be told what to do. It's for an A-player who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and gets deals across the finish line. You'll take off-market properties from signed contract to closed sale. That means underwriting each deal, putting it in front of the right investors, negotiating terms, and making sure every closing happens on time. You'll build and own our buyer network across Colorado, and your income will reflect your effort, not someone else's ceiling.
What's in it for you:- Industry-leading commissions with real upside for outperforming targets
- A steady flow of off-market deals to sell, generated by a proven acquisitions team
- A sharp, competitive team environment where the best performers are recognized and rewarded
- The chance to build the go-to buyer network in one of Colorado's most active real estate investment markets
You're the right fit if you:- Are revenue-motivated and thrive under pressure and deadlines
- Love building relationships and keeping a network warm
- Take full ownership of your pipeline, from first showing to funded closing
- Can run the numbers on a deal and defend them with confidence
- Want to beat your goals, not just hit them
If you're ready to turn skill and effort into outsized earnings while doing work that genuinely matters to the people we serve, this is for you.
