THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Interior Design team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for bringing the brand to life through visually compelling, functional, and cohesive physical spaces to enhance how the space feels. As a Senior Manager/Manager of Interior Design, you will lead the development of the layout, specifications, visualizations, ordering and on-site styling to ensure cohesive alignment with design, timelines, and operational requirements of each space. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Interior Design you will lead the team to:

  • Develop and detail interior design layouts aligned with creative vision, spatial planning, and standards.
  • Create and manage interior design specifications ensuring compliance and alignment with project tiers.
  • Produce visualizations to clearly communicate design intent and project aesthetics.
  • Ensure all fixtures are precisely positioned and fully coordinated with surrounding elements, delivering a cohesive and integrated spatial environment.
  • Oversee budgeting and ordering of interior design elements, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.
  • Lead on-site styling to accurately realize the design vision through strategic placement of elements.
  • Manage inventory to maintain availability and support project needs.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Interior Design has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Interior Design
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Building Technologies such as REVIT
  • An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate
  • An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
