Williams Parker, the region's oldest law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associatewith 3+ years of experience to join our established and growing practice in Sarasota, Florida. This role focuses on general real estate and commercial leasing, working alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys on a broad range of sophisticated matters.

Requirements
  • Education & Licensure: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; member of The Florida Bar or eligible and willing to sit for the Florida Bar in the near term.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally with exposure to real estate matters; willingness to develop through hands-on experience and mentorship.
  • Client Service: Demonstrates a responsive, service-oriented approach and builds trust with clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and works effectively with colleagues and clients to support successful outcomes.
