Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Real Estate group. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients.

With at least three but no more than six years of meaningful experience within the commercial real estate or corporate finance field, you feel confident in your abilities to work well within a team structure. You are well-versed in matters involving corporate finance or commercial real estate finance from both the lender and borrower side. You feel comfortable managing transactions as well. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills as well as your first-rate analytical skills. You are either admitted to or you can waive-in to the South Carolina, Pennsylvania or Maryland Bar.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.  

• The salary/wage range for this position is $230,000 - $295,000 annually.
