Job Summary: Senior RDK-B Triage / Broadband Software Engineer responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-to-end issues across broadband devices and RDK broadband components, including Wi-Fi/Mesh, DOCSIS, Fiber, and LTE. The role involves Linux and networking troubleshooting, source-code analysis, packet capture analysis, field issue resolution, DevOps/tool development, and data analysis using AWS services. The engineer will also support anomaly detection, system monitoring, and performance optimization across millions of field devices.
