Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Consistent weekday schedule - no overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities - Oversee evening operations for Diagnostic X-Ray, including staffing, workflow, and patient care quality
- Lead and support a team of approximately 30 technologists and staff
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Drive efficiency, patient flow, and overall department performance
- Mentor, coach, and develop technologists
- Partner with leadership to implement process improvements and best practices

Requirements - Current NYS Licensed Radiologic Technologist
- ARRT certification required
- Prior experience in a lead, charge, or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
