Minimum 3 years of recent supervisory experience in radiology (5+ years preferred)
Supervisory experience in an outpatient facility is preferred
Graduate of an accredited Radiology or Imaging program
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant Imaging experience
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Sonography required upon hire
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Radiology department
Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Coordinate with physicians and other departments for patient care
