Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Radiation Oncologist, you will be instrumental in expanding our cutting-edge radiation oncology program in Grass Valley, CA. You will provide expert clinical care, offering advanced treatment options and playing a pivotal role in the continued success and development of our department.
You will utilize a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art radiation technologies, deliver exceptional patient care, and foster strong relationships with referring providers and your team. Your leadership will guide staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will be a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist with excellent clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for utilizing advanced techniques to deliver precision radiation treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, full-time radiation oncology services utilizing advanced technologies such as AlignRT, Brachytherapy, Calypso 4D localization, IGRT, IMRT, RapidArc Radiotherapy, SRS, and SBRT.
- Lead the expansion and development of the radiation oncology program, contributing to strategic growth and innovation.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with referring physicians and participate actively in tumor boards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and highly functional clinical environment.

Job Requirements
Required:
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Active or eligible license in the state of California
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiology care principles
