Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years or Ph.D. in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in computer-based simulations.
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for data analysis and algorithm development.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing concepts and applications.
• Experience with radar systems and radar signal processing through coursework or projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating motivation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate waveforms and signal processing algorithms for automotive radar systems.
• Create and implement verification test plans for system and software validation.
• Perform data collection, processing, and analysis to support algorithm development.
• Draft design documentation and define software requirements clearly.
• Present radar performance and algorithm concepts to peers, management, and clients.
• Conduct tradeoff studies to enhance radar system design.
• Collaborate with team members to refine radar project strategies.
