Full Job Description

Summary of Role:

Leads and manages technical programs from concept through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and initiatives. Monitors project performance, schedules, costs, and resources, identifies and resolves issues during planning and execution, and provides regular status updates and recommendations to leadership to support program objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead medium to large-scale technical projects, driving execution from concept through implementation and delivery.

  • Solve complex, novel, and non-routine technical challenges by developing innovative solutions and approaches.

  • Provide specialized technical expertise and guidance to engineering teams and key stakeholders.

  • Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.

  • Serve as a technical leader, influencing project direction, technical decisions, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to support project objectives and business goals.

  • Partner with suppliers and external organizations to initiate and advance technical development projects.

  • Represent the organization in industry conferences, technical review consortia, and professional forums, contributing to publications, patents, and technical advancements.



Required Qualifications:

  • Education a technical (University) degree. (Exceptions approved by local HR).

  • Experience - BS + 6-7 years of experience or, MS + 5-6 years or PhD + 3-4 years

  • Travel - Up to 10%

  • Fluency in English Language written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate andexecute onsolutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Expected Salary Range

$98,000.00 - $176,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
