OverviewAs a quantitative strategy developer, you'll work in a computationally intensive role that will allow you to use your strong technical skills to solve problems at the intersection of trading, quant and technology.
You will have the chance to work on challenging projects for our trading strategy development teams in spaces such as signal creation and detection, quantitative strategy analysis, and low latency C++ strategy development. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work on the desk side by side with senior developers who understand the nuances of building complex trading strategies.
You will start off in a multiweek education program designed to give you a broad understanding of the spaces where quantitative strategy developers add value. Once you complete education, you'll be placed on a trading team that aligns with your interests and background. This will give you the best preparation possible for a career in quantitative strategy development.
What we're looking for- Graduating with a bachelor's or master's program in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or closely related STEM discipline
- Intention to graduate and begin full time employment August 2027.
- Strong software development skills in (Python and a compiled language)
- Experience and comfort working with data using libraries such as Pandas, Polars, or NumPy
- Exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills
