UVeye is seeking an experienced Quality & Reliability Manager to own product quality and field reliability across the full product lifecycle. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader will set the quality standard for suppliers, contract manufacturers, in-house assembly, installations and the installed base. This is a hands-on role. You will build UVeye's Q&R function from its first formal plan into a company-wide standard, working closely with Supply Chain & Manufacturing, NPI & Engineering, HW, Delivery & Support and Performance & Excellence.
UVeye is moving into its next phase of scale: a broader contract manufacturing base, a growing installed base across our Dealership, Rental, Fleet and OEM business units, and customers with demanding uptime commitments. Quality and reliability must be designed in, measured and owned end to end. This role makes that happen.
A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:

Compensation:
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for Bonus.
