Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and empower employees.
• Relevant Food Safety certifications (HACCP, PCQI, IA, Food defense).
• Working knowledge of TTB, FDA, or similar governance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in the operation and management of a QA laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen a quality culture through training and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with AOP and maintain audit readiness.
• Implement and assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Serve as a representative of Quality and Food Safety (QFS) with stakeholders.
• Develop team capability and conduct proactive initiatives for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) effectiveness.
• Drive down Non-Conformance Report (NCR) rates and improve Quality non-conformances and CAPAs.
• Lead RCA activities with a focus on implementation and effectiveness.
