Bachelors degree (Engineering discipline preferred) AND 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility

Work Environment: Manufacturing setting with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels
Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and walking; occasional sitting, communication, and lifting up to 25 lbs; requires standard visual abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; extended hours and occasional weekends as needed
Travel: Primarily local travel with occasional out-of-area trips
