Key Responsibilities:
- As a Quality Engineer Tester Manual, you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements user stories and expected behavior.
- Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases identifying and documenting defects and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure reliable user ready releases.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is an essential part of this role.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to cover all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices in manual testing techniques.
- Analyze test results to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in the testing process.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance testing frameworks and improve overall product quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative testing approaches and tools.
Note: Role requires 60% onsite client work in Plano, TX
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience
- Functional testing experience
- Selenium experience
- Automation testing experience
- Advanced proficiency in manual testing
- Associates degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Selenium
- Advanced proficiency in Atlassian JIRA Defect Reporting and Test Automation
