We are seeking a Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) testing, test automation, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will lead testing initiatives across complex enterprise applications, drive automation strategy using modern frameworks and AI-enabled testing capabilities, and ensure high-quality releases through robust validation of APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications. This role requires strong leadership, Agile delivery experience, and expertise in modern automation, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
Your role
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple releases, ensuring quality objectives, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and reusable test solutions using modern automation tools and best practices.
- Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and status reporting, providing regular quality metrics and test insights to stakeholders.
- Review application designs and code to improve testability, automation coverage, and long-term maintainability.
- Analyze defects, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis across test, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps teams to define quality strategies and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage AI-powered testing capabilities, including AI agents and intelligent automation solutions, to improve test efficiency, coverage, and productivity.
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Agile Functional and Automation Testing with strong expertise in end-to-end testing across enterprise applications.
- Hands-on programming experience with Java and/or Python, along with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
- Proven experience implementing AI-enabled testing solutions, including the use of AI tools, agents, and automation accelerators within test frameworks.
- Strong expertise in API testing, validation, and integration testing, with a solid understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures.
- Extensive experience in database testing with strong SQL skills, including validation of complex data flows and testing on SQL Server environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Applications, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native testing practices, along with test management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps; exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and Retail applications is highly desirable.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $76,730 - $150,800.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
