Full Job Description
Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment's Quality & Mission Success team as a Delivery & Sustainment Quality Representative Sr for the Hill Air Force Base's Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC). Our team is responsible for acting as the liaison between F-35 Sustainment Quality Management, Modification, Upgrade, and Operations (MUO) team-members, and Hill Air Force Base's Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC) personnel. What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Implementing Quality Assurance plans, policies, and surveillances schedules with LM Aero and OO-ALC personnel. • Working directly with OO-ALC artisans for interpretation of LM specifications and processes. • Reviewing, Delegating, and/or Performing (as needed) acceptance for work performed by OO-ALC. • Performing periodic surveillances of Quality Processes; such as Ground operations, FOD and Tool Control, Control of Nonconforming material, Safety, Procedure compliance, calibration, etc. • Training and execution of Quality Assurance nonconformance (NC) systems (QADs, SQARs, ALIS, LIST, etc..) for NC documentation and tactical resolution. • Liaison with MUO Tooling team members for tool trial runs, buy-off, and overall process compliance. • Participating in verifications/validation of Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs). • Utilizing Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) techniques and related systems to improve OO-ALC and LM Aero Quality performance. • Coordinating with Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS) Site Leader and/or LM Site Leadership on quality issues. • The modification team will be based at Hill AFB, UT and selected candidate may also be required to support F-16, F-22 and F-35 Mods, Upgrades and Overhaul (MUO) efforts as necessary at other MUO CONUS or OCONUS locations. • Must be a United States citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance. Basic Qualifications The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position: • 1+ years of Aircraft Maintenance experience • Ability to use common inspection tools. • Ability to use common precision measurement hand tools. • Ability to read and interpret technical data and drawings. Desired Skills The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates: • Microsoft office skills (powerpoint, excel, word) • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance principles. • Prior 5th gen fighter aircraft experience. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
