Job DescriptionOverviewThe role will report to the Quality Lead.
Your role- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage field activities, resolve site-related issues, and support project execution.
- Lead and participate in project quality audits and site surveillance activities to ensure compliance with quality processes, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Support project teams in addressing nonconformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in construction kick-off meetings and investigate client quality-related complaints and feedback to enhance project delivery.
- Manage the collection, classification, and retention of Quality Management System (QMS) records while supporting integrated quality program requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated PMS Program, including design readiness validations and review processes at key project milestones.
- Plan and facilitate internal and PMS audits, monitor corrective actions, and provide recommendations to strengthen compliance, process effectiveness, and overall project quality performance.
About you- Technical degree in Civil or construction field and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as project quality control/quality assurance in a construction environment.
- Experience in development and implementation of Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans.
- Attention to detail and proven decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Problem solving abilities, contribution to new quality initiatives, striving for continuous improvements and accurate record keeping will be key to your success in this role.

Additional informationExpected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $79,000 - $108,700 annually). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
