Responsibilities:
Gather and document requirements from business users
Identify data sources and create connections
Build, test and implement optimized data extracts, data models and applications
Assist with converting QlikView applications to Qlik Sense applications
Understand and follow the development standards and best practices for Qlik development at
Attend daily huddles (Tue-Fri) and weekly team meetings online with the Operations Data and Analytics team
Adhere to project timelines and clearly communicate progress on a regular basis

Advanced experience in:
Design and development with QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting and Qlik Connectors
Qlik's 3-tier architecture methodology (Data-Extraction, Data-Modeling and Application Development)
Star Schema and Snowflake Schema for Dimensional Data Modeling
Building QVDs, QVWs and QVFs using multiple source systems like Oracle, SQL Server, Excel
Extracting data from REST API data sources
Incremental data load scripts
Script functions such as Date and Time, Keep, Join, Mapping, Interval Match
Set analysis and advanced aggregation
Creating NPrinting reports, including HTML, Excel, Word, PDF and On-Demand
Migrating applications from QlikView to Qlik Sense
Troubleshooting, error handling, performance tuning and deployment of QlikView/Qlik Sense Applications
Software development life cycle including Business Requirements, Documentation, Application Design, Data Modeling, Development, Testing and Implementation
Databases and data relationships, including fact and dimension tables
