Job Title: Assessments Platform Integrator

Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and implement strategies to translate data, intelligence, research, and analysis into visualizations and analytical applications that drive planning, assessments, and operational refinement decision making.

Provide expertise to ensure semantic alignment and ontological consistency as new data requirements, capabilities, and sources are integrated into mission customer data architecture supporting analysis and assessments of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE).

Provide requirements, assist development, and enable user acceptance of custom dashboards and data visualizations.

Integrate OIE-related research (e.g. surveys, polls, area studies etc) and analysis (including Target Audience Analysis) with operational analytical platforms and Mission Command systems (e.g. Maven Smart Systems or C2IE).

Facilitate the integration and/or optimization of analytical applications, including cloud-based and AI/ML-driven capabilities, with Government Mission Command Systems

Coordinate with Command intelligence analysts, operations personnel, data scientists, data engineers, and social scientists to ensure visualizations and applications accurately reflect analytical findings and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • TS/SCI security clearance

  • Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research or other relevant field. Bachelor’s Degree may be accepted based on additional years of relevant experience.

  • 5 years experience supporting DoW providing data analytics, data visualization, assessments or operations research support.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing data visualization solutions using industry-standard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms).

  • Experience integrating data from multiple disparate sources into unified analytical platforms.

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Python, R, or similar programming languages.

  • Knowledge of data architecture principles and semantic data modeling.

  • Understanding of AI/ML integration and data pipeline development.

  • Familiarity with DoD command and control information systems

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Desired:

  • Advanced certifications in data analytics, cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, etc.), or visualization tools (Tableau Desktop Specialist, etc.).

  • Experience with military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning

  • Experience supporting OIE, IW and or Sensitive Activities

  • Direct experience with Maven Smart System, Command and Control in the Information Environment (C2IE), or similar DoD command platforms.

  • Experience with API development and integration.

  • Knowledge of geospatial analysis and visualization tools (ArcGIS, QGIS).

  • Understanding of social science research methodologies and quantitative analysis techniques.

  • Familiarity with DoD assessment frameworks and operational planning processes.
