Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Python Engineer with 4-5 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud technologies, along with experience building high-performance, reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Develop scalable backend systems using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product managers.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
- Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills- Experience with asynchronous programming using AsyncIO or Celery.
- Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Understanding of software security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or Python are a plus.
