DescriptionAre you ready for something better than the burnout cycle? Do you love being a therapist but wish you had more control over your schedule, the clients you see and how you practice? Are you tired of unrealistically high caseloads, being micromanaged for way too low wages, and feeling like just another number in a large, faceless platform?
There's another way to practice. We're looking for one or two more experienced, Pennsylvania-licensed clinicians (Psy.D, Ph.D, LCSW, LPC) who want to do excellent clinical work, earn a good living, and enjoy the people they work with.
Why Integrity? We're a group of caring clinicians who are refugees from the community mental health world of burnout and low pay. We started Integrity Psych because we believed there was a better way to practice. We're still committed to that idea.
We offer:
Autonomy - Develop your own clinical niche and/or focus on the clients and presenting concerns that you most enjoy.
Administrative Support - We boast a claims collection rate of over 99%. We have a team of billing professionals who take denied claims personally. They will navigate the insurance maze while you focus on therapy.
Competitive Earning Potential - Our tiered compensation structure rewards you as your caseload grows. Clinicians maintaining 22 - 25+ sessions per week have the potential to earn $100,000+ depending on compensation tier and time off.
Collegiality - We value consultation, collaboration and continued learning.
Professional Growth - We appreciate clinicians who want to keep getting better at what they do and we offer a continuing education stipend to healp you do that.
A No-Drama Culture - We value mutual respect, transparency, honesty, integrity and fun!
We're building a practice community, not just a roster of therapists. We're a group practice in the truest sense of the term, and we're looking for people who want to be part of it.
We miss the kind of professional community that used to be more common in group practices: Clinicians who know one another, share ideas, consult with colleagues, and feel connected to something that goes beyond their own individual caseloads. We believe that kind of community makes us better clinicians and makes our practice stronger.
We're looking for people who want a professional home, not just another platform. If you want the independence of private practice and the benefits of belonging to a community of thoughtful, experienced clinicians, we may be exactly what you're looking for. If you are looking for a place to simply collect a few more telehalth referrals while you build something elsewhere, then we're not the right fit.
You'll likely be a good fit if you:
- Hold an active Pennsylvania clinical license (Psy.D, LCSW, LPC or LMFT).
- Have the clinical skills and judgment to practice independently.
- Value evidence-based, empirically supported interventions and thoughtful, individualized treatment.
- Know your clinical style and can articulate the clients and presenting concerns that you best work with.
- Are willing to provide in-person services in Monroeville at least one day per week.
- Willing to build and maintain a caseload of 22 to 25 + sessions a week.
- Are organized, responsive and professional in your communication with clients and our administrative team.
- Are comfortable with telehealth and have access to a private confidential workspace if working from home.
If you are already credentialed with Highmark, UPMC, Aetna, United, Medicare, and/or Cigna, that is strongly preferred and is subject to receive a higher compensation rate. We do not participate with Medicaid.
Integrity Psych was built around a simple idea: Clinicians do their best work when they are respected as professionals, supported by their colleagues, and given the freedom to develop their strengths. Here are a few comments from some of our clinicians:
- "The supportive environment here is unparalleled. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else."
- "Working at Integrity Psych has been the most fulfilling years of my career.
- The support here is incredible."
- "Integrity Psych is my dream job. I'm thrilled to be here!"
- "I've finally found my work home with you all!"
- "I lost ten pounds from no longer being so stressed out all the time!"
