About the Role The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients through evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning. Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, you will help patients access the resources and support they need to improve mental health and overall well-being. Serving as a key leader of the clinical office, you will also play a key role in community-based care, collaborating with local agencies, treatment centers, and families to ensure patients receive holistic support.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct psychiatric evaluations (in-person and via telehealth).
- Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care.
- Develop individualized, integrated treatment plans with the care team.
- Opportunities to participate in interventional psychiatry service and clinical research pipelines.
- Supervise and collaborate with interdisciplinary providers (NPs, PAs, therapists).
- Participate in crisis intervention and emergency care as needed.
- Engage with community agencies and resources to support patient care.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment, and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards.
Qualifications - Completion of Psychiatry Residency Program.
- Current and valid California medical license, NPI, and DEA registration.
- Board Certification (preferred) / Board Eligible
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of independent psychiatric experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, recovery principles, and community-based psychiatry.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Preferences for the following subspecialization/experience: Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine, Clinical Research, or Interventional Psychiatry.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications: $300,000 - $400,000
Compensation: $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
