Psychiatrist (General/ Interventional / Addiction Psychiatry / Clinical Research)

Opportunities in Orange County - Multiple Specialties - Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience
  • Location: Orange County, CA
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid options
  • Compensation range: Base salary $325,000 + total compensation up to $541,000 based on clinical productivity, patient care, and supervision activities.

Overview of Responsibilities - Psychiatrist (Interventional / Addiction Psychiatry)
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management (in-person and telehealth)
  • Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, and therapists
  • Participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research opportunities
  • Provide crisis support as needed and engage community resources
  • Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
