Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical experience in Psychiatry required
• Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
• Active California medical license, NPI, and DEA necessary
• Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative abilities
• Interest in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, Clinical Research or Interventional Psychiatry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management via in-person and telehealth
• Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with a care team
• Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists
• Participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research
• Provide crisis support and engage community resources
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
