Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Clinic - Full-Time-Pennsylvania

Qualifications- Must have at least two years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, or one year of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner plus three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in another specialty.
- Must be board-certified and eligible to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Must hold an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and meet all applicable Pennsylvania practice requirements.
- Must have appropriate prescribing authority in Pennsylvania, including any required controlled-substance registration.
- Outpatient mental health experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities- Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Administer Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) medications when necessary. This is an infrequent service in most clinics.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, medications, and treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable Pennsylvania requirements.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal and Pennsylvania laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Stay current with developments in psychiatry through continuing education and professional development.

Work Schedule- Four 10-hour shifts per week or five 8-hour shifts per week
- Offices are open Monday through Thursday
- Availability to work additional days through telemedicine for additional compensation, including Friday through Sunday
- Option to work up to 50% via telemedicine once productivity requirements are achieved
- On-call availability by phone only, approximately seven days every 5-6 months
