Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

What You'll Get To Do:
  • Take charge of full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties - from journal entries to monthly and year-end closings.
  • Deliver timely financial statements and reconciliations with confidence and precision.
  • Provide in-depth variance analysis to uncover what's really driving performance.
  • Partner with Operations Managers to build accurate budgets and forecasts that shape future strategy.
  • Manage recoverable rent reconciliations in line with lease terms, ensuring fairness and clarity.
  • Lead the financial onboarding of new assets - set the tone for their success.
  • Handle remittances and maintain top-tier compliance documentation.
  • Support external audits with well-prepared records and proactive communication.
  • Be a go-to for Property Managers and clients - you'll provide real answers, fast.


Who You Are :
