Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of construction safety experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments is essential.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Experience in industrial, automotive, energy, or data center environments.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications necessary.
• CHST and OSHA 510 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project safety standards to exceed customer and company requirements.
• Conduct safety meetings and educational programs; collaborate with labor and management to address safety concerns.
• Facilitate project-specific safety orientations and Toolbox Talks for all project personnel.
• Assist in mitigating hazardous conditions through direct interaction with site personnel and subcontractors.
• Support pre-job planning and auditing processes with actionable feedback for improvements.
• Conduct incident investigations and report findings to safety leadership.
• Participate in safety incident reviews with project and senior safety leaders.
• Document all aspects of the project safety program, including accidents and safety violations.
