OverviewAs a
Project & Program Manager at SysMind, you'll be at the center of driving successful execution across complex technology initiatives. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage strategic programs, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value.
The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, execution discipline, stakeholder management, and strong technical understanding. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, product, operations, and business teams to translate organizational priorities into actionable programs and deliver outcomes across the software and technology lifecycle.
Your focus will be on managing interconnected initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies, optimizing resources, and establishing clear governance to ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
Roles & Responsibilities- Lead complex projects and multi-workstream programs from planning and initiation through execution, deployment, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with engineering, product, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to establish priorities, scope, requirements, and success criteria.
- Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring teams remain aligned on deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and critical decisions.
- Establish program governance, operating rhythms, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Track program performance using KPIs, dashboards, milestones, and delivery metrics, providing transparent visibility to leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, planning sessions, reviews, and executive presentations, ensuring timely decisions and resolution of blockers.
- Manage scope changes through structured change-control processes, maintaining alignment across business and technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across program execution, delivery processes, and organizational practices using Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid methodologies.
- Coordinate releases and major technology initiatives across globally distributed teams while maintaining delivery quality and operational readiness.
- Partner with finance and leadership teams to support budget, resource, capacity, and vendor management.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across project and program teams.
