Qualifications

• Experience with vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of travel and expense management.
• Financial planning and budget tracking expertise.
• Prior work experience in engineering or technical settings.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
• Skilled in creating standard operating procedures or process documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor relations and manage software licensing and technical support.
• Manage team travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Facilitate weekly budget planning and financial forecasting.
• Conduct weekly scrum meetings to track tasks and remove obstacles.
• Collaborate with the Advanced Technology Manager to report progress and provide recommendations.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Communicate team progress effectively, translating complex work for diverse audiences.
