About the Role:Rytech of Lake County is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects in the Crown Point, IN area. Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end water, fire, and mold restoration projects from initial assessment through completion
- Conduct on-site inspections and damage assessments to develop accurate scopes of work
- Coordinate and supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and crews to ensure quality and timely project delivery
- Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders throughout the restoration process
- Prepare and manage project documentation including estimates, work orders, moisture logs, and progress reports
- Ensure all work adheres to IICRC standards, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability
Requirements:- Prior experience in water, fire, or mold restoration project management or a related field
- IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and working with adjusters
- Proficiency with restoration project management software (Xactimate, Dash, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
