A Technical Program Manager is needed to coordinate delivery across multiple Snowflake Cortex AI initiatives, including GenBI agents and forecasting models. The role is intended to provide strong program management leadership across timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment. This is not a hands-on technical or architect role, and the expectation is not for this person to fill solution design or engineering gaps. Technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation guidance will remain the responsibility of the respective project architects and technical leads. Program oversight Manage multiple concurrent projects under a single delivery framework, with clear tracking of scope, milestones, and outcomes. Dependency coordination Drive visibility and management of cross-project dependencies, including alignment with related data product programs. Risk and issue management Proactively identify, track, escalate, and help resolve delivery risks, blockers, and inter-team issues. Stakeholder alignment Connect business, product, data, and engineering teams to ensure priorities and delivery plans stay aligned. Domain awareness, not ownership Bring enough familiarity with Snowflake Cortex AI concepts to coordinate effectively, without being expected to act as the technical expert. Clear role boundaries This role is not a substitute for architects or engineers; technical solutioning and architecture accountability will sit with the relevant project teams.
