Key Job Responsibilities:- Lead assigned turnarounds events (includes maintenance and capital projects) and manage all phases thru scoping, execution, and close-out.
- Develop technical funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for assigned turnaround events.
- Manage communications regarding schedule, budget, and progress updates with key stake holders
- Basic understanding of operating plant and experience in an industrial environment.
- Understands quality standards as outlined by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.
- Responsible to drive key Air Products Safety programs and establishing a Safety 1st Culture
Required Skills / Abilities:- Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.
- Manufacturing plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects experience
- 7 to 10 years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines
- Professional Engineer preferred
- Ability to travel 30%-40% of the time depending on assigned workload
- Obtain TWIC, passport and pass refinery background checks
Minimum Hiring Requirements:- Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) OneNote, SAP, Primavera P6.
- 10+ years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting and pipe fabrication.
- Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus, but not required
- PMP Certification a plus, but not required

In California, the anticipated pay range is $141,200 - $186,400 plus bonus. It's important to note that individual compensation packages are determined based on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to experience, and qualifications.
