Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in managing a variety of project types such as commercial and industrial.
• Strong grasp of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on organization and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate activities with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Handle procurement, change orders, project documentation, and contracts.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure effective resource utilization and team coordination.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships for potential future projects.
