Position Overview:The Project Management Senior role will be part of the Architecture and Engineering team within the Multifamily Technology and Operational Risk Division. The position will be primarily is responsible to lead Risk Governance initiatives for our Architecture and Engineering teams. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the successful delivery of multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in risk management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement within architectural and engineering environments.
Your Impact:In this role, you will play a key part in planning and delivering projects that contribute to the success of our mission and goals. You will be responsible for driving Multifamily risk governance activities across Architecture and Engineering teams, ensuring all scoped work is delivered and internal controls are adhered to throughout the process, including:
- Develop and execute risk management plans for multifamily projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Lead risk workshops and training for Architecture and Engineering staff.
- Monitor risk exposure and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Foster a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
- 5 - 7 years of professional related experience in project management with a focus on business and strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Project delivery and Regulatory landscape.
- Proven track record in risk assessment, mitigation, and compliance.
- Prior mortgage industry experience highly desired
- Ability to support multiple concurrent high priority projects in various capacities
- Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings and to develop and deliver presentations/materials to various levels of audiences
- Project management experience using standard project management tools; collecting, writing, and maintaining requirements; maintaining action item, issue, and risk logs; managing reporting and facilitation of effective project team meetings
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- Ability to work independently while driving and managing assignments from concept through deployment/launch.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
