Position DescriptionWhat You'll Do- Manage mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Develop estimates, proposals, project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and project financial performance.
- Coordinate resources with field superintendents and other internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and coworkers.
- Pursue new opportunities and support the team's sales and marketing efforts.
- Provide clear project updates to leadership and help remove barriers that could affect successful delivery.

Position RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- Five or more years of related construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General knowledge of all phases of construction and the ability to read schedules, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience with estimating, project costing, scheduling, AIA documents, and change orders.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, decision-making, delegation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Bluebeam, CAD programs, and Microsoft Project is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer and project sites, including occasional overnight travel.
