  • General knowledge of all construction phases with the ability to read blueprints and schedules.
  • Experience with project estimating, costing, scheduling, AIA documents, and change orders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam, CAD programs, and Microsoft Project is preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Manage mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.
  • Develop estimates, proposals, project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and project financial performance.

  • Provide clear project updates to leadership and help remove barriers that could affect successful delivery.
