Project Manager, Salesforce or Workday experience1
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting HR (Workday), Sales (Salesforce), and Marketing initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, scope, timelines, and success criteria
- Plan and present projects strategically - go behind "tracking the tasks"
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and business partners to execute project deliverables
- Proactively identify, manage, and remove project roadblocks, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive updates
- Manage change requests and ensure proper communication and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure adherence to IT standards, security requirements, and compliance policies
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and delivery outcomes
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in an enterprise environment, including at least 3 successful projects
- Experience supporting business systems for HR, Sales, or Marketing
- Experience with implementations of either Salesforce, or Workday, or both.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill
Preferred Qualifications- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
- Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators
