About the Role
This role combines outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door sales - you'll generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, in addition to company-provided leads, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment. Roofing sales is a steady, year-round career in this market, and we provide the brand recognition, training, and back-end support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts
Collect payment
Manage each project from contract to completion
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales - this is a core part of the role
Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation required (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
Access to a cell phone
Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
