Job Description
- Manage and supervise contractor personnel, assignments, daily operations, and work schedules.
- Organize, direct, and manage multiple complex and interrelated contract support tasks.
- Maintain senior-level client interface; meet with Government and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables.
- Ensure schedule and cost control; establish and maintain technical and financial progress reports for QualX and GAO management.
- Delegate responsibilities, monitor completion of assigned tasks, and provide on-site quality control.
- Coordinate on-the-job training, periodic training, and completion of all mandatory GAO contractor training.
- Work primarily on-site at GAO headquarters to supervise contractor personnel and monitor contract work. Occasional ad-hoc telework requires case-by-case COR approval.
- Acknowledge communications and taskings promptly and respond within 24 hours, excluding time outside normal business hours.
- Coordinate with QualX management on contract compliance, including Key Personnel replacement notification and written CO approval requirements under SOW Section 4.7.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years program/project management support experience including but not limited to the following activities:
- Day-to-day supervision and management of Contractor personnel and assignments.
- On-site supervision for Contractor personnel.
- Coordination of on-the-job training for new Contractor personnel as applicable.
- Periodic training of Contractor personnel to include responsibility for completing all required training o mandated for GAO Contractors.
- Scheduling of Contractor personnel. o On-site quality control of work performed by Contractor personnel
- Bachelor's degree
The salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000 annually.
