Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Business Analyst background in the financial services and banking domain. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years of Business Analyst experience and 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience within large technical organizations. The role involves driving projects and programs, defining requirements, improving operational processes, coordinating onshore and offshore teams, and resolving complex banking-related issues.
Key Responsibilities • Drive assigned projects and programs to successful completion by defining requirements and coordinating execution. • Improve operations and processes by leveraging historical information and available resources to identify appropriate solutions. • Provide timely updates to sponsors and stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient communication. • Collaborate with dedicated and core teams to determine courses of action, define requirements, and develop solutions for complex banking issues. • Coordinate with onshore and offshore resources on identified projects. • Resolve problems and conflicts across projects.
