JOB OVERVIEW

Peralte-Clark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary design projects from initiation through closeout. This position is responsible for strengthening client relationships, coordinating project teams, and ensuring that deliverables, schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements are successfully managed.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • KNOWLEDGE: Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
  • JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on important problems and projects of diverse scope. Exercises good judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and some external personnel.
  • SUPERVISION: Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. May provide guidance to other personnel. May coordinate with Senior Project Managers.
  • EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years of related experience. Related Bachelor's Degree required. Formal training in project management may be required. Good understanding of a project contract's terms and conditions. PE license is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SUPERVISION

You will typically work independently and receive general instructions for new assignments, while day-to-day activities require little supervision. Collaboration and coordination with internal teams, external consultants, and municipal partners are key aspects of the role.
