Description:Project ManagerAs Project Manager for the Och Spine and Neurosurgery Service Lines, you will partner closely with service line leadership to support strategic growth, operational excellence, care model transformation, and program development across one of the nation's premier spine and neuroscience platforms.
In this visible role, you will work collaboratively with physicians, administrators, and operational leaders across the enterprise, helping drive initiatives that improve access, quality, patient experience, and program growth. You will serve as a trusted project manager and analytical resource, supporting a broad portfolio of strategic and operational priorities spanning both spine and neurosurgery.
Preferred Criteria- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, preferably clinical setting
Required Criteria- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years progressive health care experience
Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
Salary Range:$97,000-$145,000/Annual
