Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management with 7 years of experience required.
• Experience in construction project sites or program management within aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, or water preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, including willingness to work overtime on short notice.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Skilled in document control, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Enforce project review processes and quality control guidelines.
• Establish and coordinate project teams, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Solve complex problems using advanced techniques and modify existing procedures as needed.
• Develop and assess feasibility plans for major projects.
• Lead project studies, reports, and design assignments within the department.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and engage with clients regularly.
