Responsibilities of Project Manager:- Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed plans and timelines for mission-critical projects.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and technicians.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing project updates and addressing challenges proactively.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to maintain uninterrupted operations.
