Position Description: CGI is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Life & Annuity insurance implementation experience to lead technology delivery initiatives.
This position is preferred in Indianapolis, IN or Jersey City, NJ
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Manage end to end project delivery from planning through implementation.
. Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
. Coordinate across business, technology, vendor and offshore teams.
. Lead project governance, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
. Work with business and technology teams throughout requirements, development, testing, deployment and production readiness.
. Proactively identify delivery risks and drive issues to resolution.
. Support Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models as required.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 8+ years of IT/project delivery experience with strong Project Management experience.
. Prior implementation experience within the Life & Annuity insurance domain.
. Experience managing complex technology/system implementation projects.
. Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
. Experience managing cross functional and onsite/offshore teams.
. Strong planning, communication, risk and dependency management skills.
. Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe and traditional delivery methodologies.
Preferred
. Experience with LifePRO is a BIG plus.
. Exposure to Life & Annuity policy administration, modernization, migration or integration programs.
. Experience with insurance policy administration platforms.
. Professional credentials (PMP,Insurance/LOMA,FLMI, ALMI, ICA) are strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelors in computer science or closely related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $80,600.00 $211,600.00.
