Job Summary

Responsible for the daily execution of specific tasks or projects within a moderately large / complex program for the Commercial Heat Transfer division, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Serves as a key point of contact for customers and resellers, providing sales engineering support while managing multiple concurrent projects on short timelines.

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily execution of specific tasks or projects within a moderately large / complex program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Manage operations to ensure schedules are met and deliverables meet quality standards, while simultaneously coordinating multiple concurrent projects-often under short-notice timelines and shifting priorities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service matters, ensuring timely, professional responses that protect and strengthen the organization's reputation with customers
• Manage relationships with sales representatives and resellers, providing guidance, support, and coordination to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer commitments
• Provide sales engineering support by translating technical requirements into workable solutions for customers, reps, and internal teams during the bid, proposal, and post-award phases
• Deliver customer training and conduct onsite visits as needed to support product application, troubleshooting, and relationship management
• Contribute to and actively manage client relationships, balancing customer needs with internal resource and schedule constraints
• Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization

Job Responsibilities Part II
• Support trade shows and industry events, representing the organization to customers, reps, and resellers and helping generate new business opportunities
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and customer demands to inform product strategy and commercial positioning
• Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes, contributing to greater efficiency and consistency across project and proposal workflows
• Provide feedback on internal selection and configuration tools to improve accuracy, usability, and alignment with evolving product and customer requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with technical training and 5+ years functional or program management experience (or equivalent related education and experience)
