Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
• Capability to handle demanding clients and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initial client contact through delivery and close-out.
• Manage project financials by estimating and tracking costs as well as overseeing invoicing and payments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including engineering, procurement, and production.
• Oversee procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any risks or delays that arise.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their expectations and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project.
