- 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction
- Experience supporting commercial construction projects valued at $20M or more from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage project challenges effectively
- Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing
- Experience with project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and trade partners
What You'll DoAs a Project Manager with Findorff, you'll help lead construction projects from early planning through closeout, supporting the process, the relationships, and the results. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track while continuing to develop your leadership and technical expertise.
- Apply Construction Expertise: Use your understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods to guide safe, informed day-to-day decision making, proactively solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
- Support Procurement: Assist with bidding, contracting, and subcontractor coordination to align project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Plan and Execute Projects: Help develop schedules, lead meetings, and coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward.
- Manage Project Financials: Track costs, support forecasting efforts, and assist with change management to help maintain strong financial performance.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to build relationships and contribute to a positive project environment.
