Full Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful construction projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among project team members.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
  • 30-hour OSHA certification.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community
