Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture
• Diverse project experience in workplace, retail, or commercial sectors
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• NCIDQ or ARIDO certification preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
• Strong understanding of building codes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experienced in coordinating complete sets of contract documents

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases
• Prepare and maintain project schedules
• Discuss project health with operations leadership
• Alert management to changing project conditions
• Update project planners weekly for staffing meetings
• Issue and obtain timely approvals for add services
• Utilize internal resource groups for design and document preparation
• Provide construction services and site visits
• Coordinate with contracts team for project execution
• Represent the company at public design review or development meetings
• Assemble and manage the consultant team for projects
• Mentor junior project members as a resource
• Assist in writing and reviewing project proposals
• Manage financial aspects with the accounting team
• Coordinate consultants through all project phases
• Collaborate with quality control for document reviews
• Support marketing initiatives for client engagement
